Welcome

to the Harewood Combined Training Group (HCTG) website.

Harewood Combined Training Group is an adult only Riding Club affiliated to British Riding Clubs and was founded in 1975.  The name 'Combined Training' came from a competition involving both a dressage test and a round of show-jumping.  We  have therefore a wide spread of interests covering dressage, showjumping and cross-country riding.  We currently have around 200 members drawn from North / West Yorkshire centred around the Harrogate area.

Our Objectives

To encourage high standards in riding and horsemastership, particularly in the fields of dressage, show jumping and cross country.

To foster the love of horses and the appreciation of riding as a sport and recreation.
