We have organised two new dressage competitions for the 2011/2 league. Both are to be held at Crosper Farm, Spofforth (Katherine Heslop's) on grass - provided it ever stops raining. They will be held in the evening, 5-8pm, or thereabouts.
Tuesday 22 May and Wednesday 13 June. It is hoped that some of the Area 4 horse trial teams can make the June competition as a practice run (we'll try and get hold of the BRC HT tests). Hopefully we can arrange a date in early August as well. The indoor competitions at Ledston will resume in September.
There will be no league dressage in July because of the series of combined training at Helen Towers, but there may be a training session for the area dressage/riding test teams whilst the arenas are out at Beckwithshaw.

Unfortunately as you will be aware we have had to cancel the ODE Scheduled for today, but after a meeting this morning of the Organising Committee it has been decided:
- A new date of Saturday 25th August 2012.
- All cheques for todays event will be shredded (without taking the Admin fee). If you wish to have you cheques returned please contact Sue Emsley urgently and then send SAE.
We hope you will be able come on the new date - 25th August 2012 so put it in your diary. |
